Once we handover the project, it does not mean we have stepped down from our responsibilities.
We are with you till you don’t need us for any support or maintenance work
after project is completed.
“After Sales Support” team at ENVOY makes it very clear that as a company
we can grow when we take an extra mile to ensure we have happy customer even many
years after the project delivery.
We make it a point that after a web application or software is developed and delivered;
we follow-up with customers to ensure they are having all comfort level using our
applications.
We have agreements before the project is undertaken, which mentions the minimum
maintenance period and support hours after delivery.
Maintenance of Web applications and software can be done on a daily, weekly, or
monthly basis, as per the requirement. At ENVOY, website and software maintenance
services can be acquired on an "as needed" basis or for the complete year.

For our existing customers we always make sure that even after the period mentioned
for maintenance contract, they can have maintenance done at bare minimum cost.
